2010 Gillies Stars Contest:

ALL WINNERS WILL BE PRESENTED WITH AN AUTOGRAPHED CLARK GILLIES, NEW YORK ISLANDERS OR TEAM CANADA JERSEY!!!

Contest Rules:

All contest entries must include the child’s name, date of birth, address, guardian’s name and contact information (i.e. phone & email address). Information provided will be subject to verification.

Submit your contest entry to albertapondhockey@gmail.com . Winners will be selected on January 2oth, 2010 and will have their names broadcast on YL Country and KIX 106. The following contest rules apply:

• Only one entry per child is allowed.
• Children must be between the ages of 6 -11 years of age on February 13th, 2010.
• Prizes must be accepted as awarded. No substitutions will be offered.
• Eight names will be randomly drawn from the entries received.
• Only the selected participant may receive the designated prize(s).
• Guardians assume all risks and liabilities associated with their child’s participation. Children must wear a CSA approved helemt including facial protection.
• Selected entrants must be available to participate in the Children’s Pond Hockey Game at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 13th, 2010. This game will consist of two 10 minutes halves and will be featured on the Championship Rink. Prizes will be awarded at this time.
• Participants must agree to the publication of their names and photographs as deemed necessary by the Alberta Pond Hockey Association.
• Any person found in contravention of these rules will forfeit their opportunity to participate in this event. Decisions made by the Alberta Pond Hockey Association are binding.
