Refunds

Registrations fees for the Alberta Pond Hockey Championships are to be paid in full by December 31st, 2008 and are non-refundable after this date. In the event a refund is requested in relation to a registration fee the following will apply. Refunds for team registrations must be received prior to January 1st, 2009 and in all instances will be subject to a handling fee of $100. Refund requests for team registrations on January 1st, 2009 or thereafter will not be considered.

Merchandise returns, with the exception of silent auction items, will be allowed up to 14 days from the date of purchase. Should an issue arise with respect to Silent Auction items the buyer is asked to contact the Alberta Pond Hockey Association in writing and detail their area of concern. Concerns with silent auction returns will be reviewed by the Board of Directors of the Alberta Pond Hockey Championships for a decision. Membership fees for the Alberta Pond Hockey Championship are due on May 1st of each year and are non-refundable.
