Registration Incentive Structure:

(All fees in Canadian Dollars / $CDN)

A registration fee of $550 applies to all teams that register between December 1st – 31st. All registered/ confirmed players will receive a ticket to the Hockey Gala.  Additional gala tickets will be available at $40/ person. The registration fee is discounted to $500 until Nov 31, 2009 and returning teams can register for $450 until Sept. 30, 2009.

Registration deadline: All entries must be received and paid in full by December 31st  2009 or will be subject to being removed from the tournament.

NOTE: Teams may not be allowed to register for the tournament in subsequent years should they forfeit their scheduled games due to non-attendance.

In such instances, the team application will be reviewed by the organizing committee in the following year and will require the posting of a performance bond that is equivalent to the registration fee.

Should a registered team need to change or substitute a player on their roster prior to the start of the tournament, this may be done by emailing the change to the tournament officials via the “Contact” page.
