Alberta Pond Hockey

Registration Incentive Structure:

(All fees in Canadian Dollars / $CDN)

An Early Bird fee of $500 is available until November 30, 2012 at which time a fee of $625 will be imposed for registrants between December 1, 2012 and January 15 2013.

How to Register

Participants may fill out our online registration form by clicking the words “Registration Form” on the left hand navigation bar. Once you have filled out all of your information, including valid e-mail addresses for each of the players, you will be taken to a page where you can choose to pay via PayPal or pay later.

Important: If you choose to pay later with a cheque, the association must receive your cheque no later than two weeks from the date you submitted your registration form. If the association does not receive your cheque within this time frame, you will be contacted and your registration will be deleted. Cheques can be made out to The Alberta Pond Hockey Association and mailed to:

Registration deadline: All entries must be received and paid in full by January 15, 2013 or teams will be subject to being removed from the tournament.

NOTE: All registered and confirmed players will receive a ticket to the Gala evening on Saturday, February 16 at the Mile Zero Regional Multiplex featuring live entertainment.

Should a registered team need to change or substitute a player on their roster prior to the start of the tournament, this may be done by emailing the change to albertapondhockey@gmail.com
