An Early Bird fee of $500 is available until January 31, 2015 at which time a fee of $625 will be imposed for registrants between February 1, 2015 and February 28, 2015.
The dates! In 2015 the association has decided to move the tournament into March. This was done to encourage more diverse participation in the event and to get away from conflicting with other annual events that take place in the Peace area in February.
The divisions will be as follows: Competitive, Recreational, Women’s, and Jr. Pond Hockey. Teams will have the opportunity to select what division they want to compete in on the registration form. Please keep in mind that only teams in the competitive division will qualify for the opportunity to compete at the World Pond Hockey Championships in Plaster Rock, NB. The recreational league is meant for teams that want to participate in the tournament and just have fun. The women’s league is meant for women who would like to compete only against teams of other women. Please note that women are not required to compete in the women’s league, it’s only an option if they choose it. The Jr. Pond Hockey division will be for youth.
How to Register
Participants may fill out our online registration form by clicking the words “Registration Form” on the left hand navigation bar. Once you have filled out all of your information, including valid e-mail addresses for each of the players, you will be taken to a page where you can choose to pay via PayPal or pay later.
Important: If you choose to pay later with a cheque, the association must receive your cheque no later than two weeks from the date you submitted your registration form. If the association does not receive your cheque within this time frame, you will be contacted and your registration will be deleted. Cheques can be made out to The Alberta Pond Hockey Association and mailed to:

Registration deadline: All entries must be received and paid in full by February 15, 2015 or teams will be subject to being removed from the tournament.
NOTE: All registered and confirmed players will receive a ticket to the Gala evening on Saturday, March 14 at the Mile Zero Regional Multiplex featuring live entertainment.
Should a registered team need to change or substitute a player on their roster prior to the start of the tournament, this may be done by emailing the change to firstname.lastname@example.org
