Registrations fees for the Alberta Pond Hockey Championships are to be paid in full by the due date and are non-refundable after this date.
Merchandise returns, with the exception of silent auction items, will be allowed up to 7 days from the date of purchase. Should an issue arise with respect to Silent Auction items the buyer is asked to contact the Alberta Pond Hockey Association in writing and detail their area of concern. Concerns with silent auction returns will be reviewed by the Board of Directors of the Alberta Pond Hockey Championships for a decision.
